Please remember registrations for IAPG activities must be paid in ARS,

using the Banco de la Nación Argentina official selling exchange rate on the day prior to payment.

• Registration Fees

* The registration fee includes delivery of the Congress materials and Proceedings, including all presented papers; access to all Technical Sessions, Symposia and the Geotechnology Meetings; and access to the Cocktail Reception and the Networking Party.

 

** The registration fee for students includes the Congress Proceedings, including all presented papers; access to all Technical Sessions, Symposia and the Geotechnology Meetings; and access to the Cocktail Reception and the Networking Party.

 

** This fee is valid only for undergraduate students who provide a valid student certificate at the time of sending the registration form.

 

For administrative purposes, registrations will close on September 23, 2026, at 5 p.m. (GMT -3) and will reopen at the Congress Venue on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m., and Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 7 a.m.

 

Important: We do not accept cash payments in either USD or ARS.

 

For tax and accounting purposes, any invoice issued in US dollars must be paid in USD or its equivalent amount, using the Banco de la Nación Argentina official selling exchange rate on the day prior to payment.

 

• • Cancellation Policy

 

No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations must be requested by email. Cancellations requested before September 1, 2026, will be refunded ten days following the end of the event, subject to a 20% discount corresponding to administrative expenses. Cancellations requested after that date will not be refunded. Please note that places will only be reserved upon full payment of the registration fee.
